Projection / Purchase

• reevaluation and expansion of the Salesian building in Peveragno, province of Cuneo, being a contruction of 1400 sq.mt built between the 15th and 19th centuries, which will be followed by the sale of this building for other uses. All the draft project proposals and building permits are in place;
• sale and restoration of a residence in Noli, Savona province, Liguria;
• projection, seeking of sites, obtaining permits and construction of new hydro electric power stations in Italy, France, Slovenia, Hungary, Croatia and Albania.
